Planning Services

The team at Trower Davies has a wealth of experience facilitating and delivering housing developments. Our architectural planning services include providing the Client with the initial feasibility designs for any residential project. From simple thumbnail sketches to indicate what might be possible or fully informative feasibility proposals showing house type locations, garage, parking provisions and highway network layouts. The feasibility side of our services can consist of development reviews and initial enquiries relating to any size project.

Technical Services

At Trower Davies our core business is focused on producing new technical working drawing packages for house building developers. We work with a range of sites, of all sizes from sites with 1-20 units right through to large volume sites of 250+ dwellings.

We offer a Technical Design Service, providing full construction drawings for all aspects of the project. Along with all new building design work, we can provide various site layout drawings through to the legal conveyance plans.

At Trower Davies Our aim is to provide Clients with a high standard of support for both Planning and Technical design work, delivered on time, to their specific requirements and at competitive prices.

Trower Davies have been in Practice since 2005. The Directors, Andy Trower and Adam Davies, set up the business in the knowledge that developers have very specific requirements of their architectural consultants. The director’s combined experience of over 70 years is what puts Trower Davies in the ideal position to provide Architectural Planning and Technical support, for all types of new housing developments.
