Planning Architect / Technologist

Experienced candidates should have a good understanding of the industry with sound knowledge of the planning system, house building techniques, legislation (including Building Regulations) and competent CAD skills.

Technical Architectural Technologist

We are looking for someone with a strong residential background with evidence of working with housing developers on residential schemes. Min 2 years experience with strong CAD skills.

Junior Architectural Technologist

We are also looking for a motivated Junior to support the team on a range of projects in both planning and technical fields. Suitable CAD and technical training will be provided to allow progression within the company.

Candidates will be involved in interesting and challenging projects ranging from large regeneration housing schemes, multi-million pound residencies and volume speculative housing sites.

All candidates should be keen to learn and progress within the organisation. They should be comfortable working as part of a team, as well as progressing to manage and co-ordinate individual projects with direct client / team interaction.
