Conversion of an existing office building into luxury residential apartments. 38-42 Hampton road, Teddington, London.

Change of use from B1 offices to C3 residential use. The existing open-plan office building was converted to form 17 x 1 bed units and 18 x 2 bed units (totalling 35 new luxury apartments).

Having received all existing survey information and a planning approval gained by others, TD acted as Lead consultant, co-ordinated with all team members and produced the full technical working drawing construction detailing for the successful conversion of the existing building, together with all external site works detailing.
