Project Overview
This development comprised of two bespoke luxury residential apartment blocks, designed to meet the expectations of the high-end Ascot market. At the time of our involvement, the scheme had achieved detailed planning approval.
Trower Davies was appointed to produce the full working drawing technical package and manage the co-ordination of the build with the client, external consultants / suppliers and site team. Supporting the project over several years, including planning variations, detailed design stage through to construction delivery. The development was completed in late 2025.

By delivering a robust and well-coordinated technical package, we supported Kebbell Homes in progressing this prestigious Ascot development with confidence. Planning Services

From simple thumbnail sketches to indicate what might be possible or fully informative feasibility proposals showing house type locations, garage, parking provisions and highway network layouts. The feasibility side of our services can consist of development reviews and initial enquiries relating to any size project.
Technical Services
At Trower Davies our core business is focused on producing new technical working drawing packages for house building developers. We work with a range of sites, of all sizes from sites with 1-20 units right through to large volume sites of 250+ dwellings.
We offer a Technical Design Service, providing full construction drawings for all aspects of the project. Along with all new building design work, we can provide various site layout drawings through to the legal conveyance plans.

Over 30 large Lion sculptures will be designed and painted by local artists; celebrating Gloucestershire’s rich history, culture and diversity. They will be joined by the Cub Club – a pride of little Lions lovingly created by local schools and community groups.
